We made ıt ınto Antalya and are havıng a wonderful tıme - Our computer access ıs much more scarce so thıs wıll be short - but wanted to ınform that we are alıve and well!
It ıs so here after Istanbul - ıt ıs defınıtely the calm to Istanbuls storm. Lıfe here ıs very laıd back and quıet and there are a lot fewer tourısts. Weve met a frıend Orkun that we are goıng to the beach wıth today. Yesterday we went to an Amazıng museum and the day before that we spent all day at a beautıful Medıteranıan beach. Lıfe ıs very good.

Good morning sweetheart -- it sounds amazingly beautiful and calming there!! We just survived 5+ hours of non-stop "kabooms!" and "pop-pop-pop" explosions from our fellow citizens "celebrating our freedom" (no comment). It was unbelievably loud, non-stop and obnoxious -- it is now 8:30 a.m. and it is still so hazy outside from all the residue that we can't even see the tide flats! Thank God our Independence Day only comes 1 a year (although our neighboring ya-hoos made it a week long event!) :-)

Hi Sweetie.. As you see from Mom's post we had a nice 4th over at Jaimey's. Austin was with his Dad and Zach was over at Darin and David's place so it was just Jaimey Mom Tito and I. Tito found a old Nerf ball and life was good after that. We did a BBQ then got a big blanket out on the back yard and watched a pretty amazing fireworks display all around us. Tito met Miko as we were leaving and did'nt like him ;^(.

Glad you both are enjoying all that turkey has to offer! E and I went to Whidbey for the weekend (sweet B&B) and saw mom and dad at Maria's cabin as well. relaxing all around. so why do I need a nap now?!
